Jeep to Silves
The mixed four-hour tour begins on Portimão’s riverfront. From there, the jeep travels off-road to Silves, stopping at viewpoints over the River Arade with Portimão in the background.
In Silves, described on the source page as the oldest city in the Algarve, there is time to visit the castle area and walk through the old, narrow streets.
Boat to Benagil
Back in Portimão, the boat leg visits Algarve coastal scenery, several caves and deserted beaches, passing the best-known cave at Benagil. The tour ends at its starting point around lunchtime.
